My name is Tim Anderson and I am a first year Lego Robotics coach from Leominster, MA. We have 3 first year teams who recently competed against the Flying Geeks this May at QCC in Worcester, MA. Your skills in robotics are very extraordinary.
What really impressed us was the friendly, outgoing, confident and mature group of students on your team (The mentoring staff was pretty good as well !!). All the parents, teachers, and other involved parents should be very proud of these kids. Nice job and we hope to see The Flying Geeks next year !

I'd like to say as parents of a Flying Geek, we want to express our deepest gratitude for Randy, Greg, Jim, and Roger... for the countless hours of coaching, instruction, tolerance, prayer, waiting, patience, praising and edifying our children throughout the FLL season.

You have each inspired our children in ways that cannot be measured. You have kept the Lord as preeminent in every task and competition, and you have significantly honored our families.

Saying thanks just doesn't seem to be enough. But know this... what you have invested in our sons and daughters will never be forgotten.

Thank you Randy, Greg, Jim, and Roger for making the impact you have on our children and school. May God Be Glorified!

Hi...Thanks for sending the Geek story along. The ending...came so fast. It was very exciting while it lasted. I imagine there will be some pen pal emails flying across cyberspace. The real prize though was in the experience of it all. Memories that will last a whole lifetime.
Somehow thoughts on life and of other nations will never be thought of in quite the same way again. The TV world news will have new meaning.
Can hardly wait to hear of all their adventures.

"The world is a book, and those
who do not travel read only a
       page" .... St. Augustine

Love, Grammie Doucette

Congratulations Geeks!

We are all so proud of you back home. We watched the results as you progressed through the final rounds and into the quarterfinals. There was a collective slump when we saw the 350 score and knew the competition was over. With 3 perfect scores in the final round you were up against the best in the world, and you placed 8th. That is WONDERFUL!!!

We'll see you tomorrow. Safe travels and God's blessing on you all.
